The advice that Ms. Waxman has provided throughout her illustrious 20 years of experience have resulted in the mutual benefit of both IT vendors and channel partners alike. Her guidance includes providing competitive market landscapes, identifying trends to enable strategic vision and sales/marketing initiatives. Her career has spanned the entire channel ecosystem from IT supplier, through distribution, eventually working for a VAR, before establishing her most successful and award winning channels research practice at IDC.

It was her tenure at IDC for which Ms. Waxman is most well-known. She established and evolved a research practice in IT infrastructure channels research that was unparalleled. It was the research practice for which she was most recognized. Ms. Waxman received many research awards including IDC’s most illustrious research award, the prestigious James Peacock Memorial Award. After leaving IDC, Ms. Waxman returned to the supplier side, and worked for HP supporting its channels relating to hardware, software, product, service and cloud initiatives.
